A travel clinic inside your West Edmonton pharmacy

Come see our pharmacist about six weeks before you leave. Bring your itinerary and your immunization record. We go through where you're headed, what you'll be doing and what you've already had, then give the vaccines you need, the same day where possible. When it makes sense, we can also prescribe travel medicines like a standby antibiotic for travellers' diarrhea.

The travel consult itself is no charge. Most travel vaccines aren't covered by Alberta Health Care, so check with your private plan and bring your benefits card. Yellow fever vaccine is only given at designated centres, so if your trip needs it we'll point you to one.
